Returns
At Loc Accessories, Inc., we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your unused item(s) for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@locaccessories.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will review your request and provide you with return instructions if your return is approved.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Damages
At Loc Accessories, Inc., we take great care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and reach our customers in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to help.

If your item was damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@locaccessories.com. Please include your order number and a description of the damage. If possible, please also include photos of the damage.

If the damage was caused during shipping, please retain the original packaging and contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and get a replacement product sent to you as soon as possible.

In the event that the damage was not caused during shipping and is a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.

Orders Cancellation
At Loc Accessories, Inc., we understand that sometimes customers may change their minds about a purchase. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@locaccessories.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed and shipped.

If your order has already been shipped and you would like to cancel it, you may return the item(s) for a refund once you receive them. The return must be in accordance with our return policy, which states that the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
