Do you offer Free Shipping?
You can save on shipping if you purchase $54 or more. It will automatically be removed when you check out. If for any reason it doesn’t, you can place the order, contact us via contact@LocAccessories.com or the contact form. We will immediately refund the shipping cost to your method of payment.
Why do some of the elements in the jewelry and accessories differ from what is depicted in the picture?”
All of the accessories are handmade, so, some of the components may be different, but will not change the design or vibe of the piece.
Why does the jewelry and accessories have different colors than what is shown in the picture?
We do our best to accurately represent the colors of our accessories in our photos, but please keep in mind that the actual color may vary slightly due to variations in monitor display.

How do Promotional Codes work?
Promotional code must be entered at checkout. Offer cannot be applied to previous or pending purchases. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of discount and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems. Offers do expire and can be limited to a one-time use.

Will the sleeve jewelry fit my Traditional Locs?
Locs are naturally diverse. Within an average head of Locs there is usually a variation of small, medium and large Locs. With the Loc Accessories Jewelry, there is usually at least one loc that any of these adornments can fit on. We do have a good selection of all sizes: small, medium, and large that you can choose from.
Can Traditional Loc Jewelry be used on braids or twist?
Yes – you would apply them the same as you would for Traditional Locs.
How do you apply Sisterlocks Jewelry?
The clasp that is used can easily be opened with your fingers. Take care when opening them as bending back and forth too forcefully can break the clasp. Since Sisterlocks are so tiny, you only need to open the clasp enough to remove the Loc. Re-installing is a breeze. Just put the loc between the clasp and squeeze. No excessive squeezing is necessary. Make sure the clasp is fully closed.
Some of the Loc Jewelry is made with a more traditional wire design. For those pieces, you will receive a tool you would use to slip your Loc through the Sisterlocks Jewelry. You would slip your Sisterlock into the eye of the tool and squeeze to ensure its secure. Then slide the tool through the Loc Jewelry, pulling the Sisterlock through the Sisterlocks Jewelry. Once the Sisterlock is through the Sisterlocks Jewelry, open the eye enough to remove the Sisterlock.
Is it okay to wash your hair with the hair jewelry in it?
Yes, soap and water is good for it. You do not need to take them out before washing your hair. If the loc jewelry comes out in the wash, simply replace it afterward. We recommend that you remove the Loc Jewelry if you are doing a complete coloring. For touch ups it’s usually not necessary for Traditional Locs. You should consult your Sisterlocks Consultant as to the need to remove prior to tightening.
Are Loc Accessories only for people with long Locs?
No, our pieces can be worn on all Loc lengths.
Exact Writs Size & How to Measure It:
If you don’t have a fabric measuring tape, a strip of paper or a string and a ruler will work just as well.
For clasp crystal bracelets – measure just under the wrist bone and choose the size closest to your ‘exact’ measurement. Add ½” or more for comfort.
For Elastic crystal bracelets – touch your pinky and thumb together. Measure around your knuckles. Add ½” or more for comfort.
To ensure the elastic holds this elasticity, you should roll your bracelet on and off your hand, as appose to stretching to put it on or remove it.
