Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

Loc Accessories stands behind our customers. If you or your gift recipient is not satisfied with your gift, we’ll exchange it or issue a store credit. If your item is damaged or incorrect we will refund your method of payment. All returns must meet the following requirements.

Returned In New Condition….

All loc jewelry must be returned in NEW condition and with all packaging in tack like the loc jewelry was originally sent and fit for resale. Because of the nature of Loc Accessories products, used accessories are not returnable/refundable. It is unlawful to resale a product of this nature that has been used in the hair. Any products received worn, damaged, damaged in return shipping or without its original packaging not fit for resale will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects….

Orders received damaged or incorrect will be exchanged for the same or similar item only.  Orders received damaged and/or incorrect must be reported to Loc Accessories via email within 5 days of delivery.

Maximum shipping credit….

Credit for items received damaged or incorrect, cannot exceed original shipping charge. WE WILL NOT CREDIT SHIPPING COSTS THAT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL ORDER’S SHIPPING CHARGE:  DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN VIA AN EXPRESS SERVICE. YOUR PACKAGING FEES ARE NOT REIMBURSABLE.

Claims for defective items must be made within 5 days upon receipt of goods. Normal wear and accidental damage is not considered a defect. Our quality control is very strict. Items are not shipped tarnished unless the item description states that the item has an antique or patina finish. Items that tarnish during wear are not considered damaged or defective.

Return Authorization Number (RAN)…

Prior authorization is required for return items. Contact our office by e-mail prior to sending a return. The request is required within 14 days after the “shipped” notification has been sent (Thereafter, all sales are final). You will be given a return authorization number (RAN) that will need to be included on the address label.  Items must be accompanied with the invoice and the RAN. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance on your returned order(s) as we are not able to release your refund or exchange without receipt of the item(s).

An e-mail will be sent with notification that the order has been received.  Item(s) returned without an RAN on the address label will be returned to sender unopened. A store credit refund issued if the package is opened inadvertently by Loc Accessories.

All items must be returned in “new” condition. If the accessory is found not to be in “new” condition after inspection, the item will be returned at customer’s expense.  An e-mail will be sent with notification that the item was not returned in “new” condition and instruction on how to pay for return shipping will be included.  All returns must be received by Loc Accessories within 10 days from the issuing date of the RAN otherwise the package will be returned to sender unopened.  A store credit refund issued if the package is opened inadvertently by Loc Accessories.

Shipping and Handling charges….

The customer will pay shipping cost for returned items, unless we made an error. If the wrong item was sent in your package or something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. If you received the wrong item(s), a refund to your method of payment will be applied once the item(s) have been received.  You will receive an e-mail once the item(s) have been received.

Exchanges…

We are happy to exchange a Loc Accessories gift with another selection, or issue a store credit within 14 days of shipment as well. (This means you must contact us within 14 days from your date of shipment to receive a Return Authorization Number for an exchange and the item must meet the required requirements.) Normal time to process your return is 7-10 days upon receipt of the returned package. Packages sent to Loc Accessories without an RAN clearly written on the package will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. If they are opened by Loc Accessories inadvertently, a store credit only will be issued.

Special/Custom Orders…

These items are not refundable, exchangeable, or eligible for store credit unless they are incorrect.

Claims of Non Receipt or Lost Packages….. 

All tracking numbers are emailed automatically immediately upon shipping. Claims of lost packages or non receipt of package must be made within 1 week from date of shipping. All packages are shipped Insured and will be immediately replaced by Loc Accessories upon notification and investigation to insure status of package. Loc Accessories is not liable and cannot issue a refund for lost or non receipt of package claims made two or more weeks after confirmed delivery.

All returns must be received by Loc Accessories within 10 days from the issuing date of the RAN or they will not be accepted. Please include your RAN in the following return shipping address:

For your own protection when returning jewelry we advise that you return your purchase to us via an insured courier such as USPS Parcel Post. Please retain a copy of your original receipt for your records. Loc Accessories will not be held responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. Any return package received that does not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and returned to sender. The customer assumes responsibility for insuring the return shipment and filing the claim for lost or damaged returns. Shipping and packaging costs are non refundable, except under circumstances stated above.

Cancellation…..

All cancellations must be made by sending an e-mail to www.Contact@LocAccessories.com within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the order can not be canceled.

The purchase price of the accessory will be credited back to your original method of payment. Refunds totaling less than $5 will be carried on your account as a credit towards future purchase.

Loc Accessories cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as a direct result of disasters and or weather conditions that prevent us from shipping orders as scheduled.
